Booking & Payment
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
All deposits are non-refundable.
We accept payment via Internet Banking or Credit Card.
Please note a 3% handling fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Payment Schedule
One or two-night bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Three nights or more: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is required on or before arrival.
Short Stay Policy
Overnight stays are not permitted between 20th December and 31st January.
An Overnight Cleaning Fee applies to one-night stays.
This fee is not automatically calculated during online bookings and will be added manually.
Cleaning fee ranges from $20 to $50, depending on the unit.
Minimum Stay Requirements
A minimum three-night stay applies to long weekends, Easter, Christmas and Eyre Peninsula Field Days.
Other Conditions
Management reserves the right to reallocate overnight or short bookings to a different unit where necessary.
