Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • We accept payment via Internet Banking or Credit Card.

  • Please note a 3% handling fee applies to all credit card transactions.

Payment Schedule

  • One or two-night bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Three nights or more: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is required on or before arrival.

Short Stay Policy

  • Overnight stays are not permitted between 20th December and 31st January.

  • An Overnight Cleaning Fee applies to one-night stays.

    • This fee is not automatically calculated during online bookings and will be added manually.

    • Cleaning fee ranges from $20 to $50, depending on the unit.

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • A minimum three-night stay applies to long weekends, Easter, Christmas and Eyre Peninsula Field Days.

Other Conditions

  • Management reserves the right to reallocate overnight or short bookings to a different unit where necessary.
